Do I need to ship you the products, or do you work on-site at our office/warehouse?
Ideally, you will ship the products to me or I could pick them up in Vienna. If needed, I can travel to you and work on site upon agreement.
Can I get AI-enhanced content if I'd like some campaign variations?
Yes, absolutely — just let me know, and I can add AI-assisted variations to any package, at no extra cost. Every AI-modified image is clearly labeled, in line with the EU AI Act's transparency requirements.
Is there a minimum commitment for the packages?
Yes, the minimum commitment for the Content Membership package is 4 months and for the Always-On package 6 months.
What's the difference between the Launch Package and the Content Membership/Always-On package?
The Launch Package is designed for those looking for a one time campaign for up to 3 of your products.
The Content Membership and 'always-on' subscription guarantee you'll have a steady monthly/weekly flow of content you can instantly share.
How exactly is AI used in the process — are the photos "real," or generated?
Every project is delivered as authentic, unmodified photography by default. If you'd like AI-enhanced variations — for extra creative direction, formats, or campaign concepts — just let me know, at no extra cost. All AI-modified images are clearly labeled, in line with EU regulation.
Do you work with brands outside Austria?
Yes, very gladly. Shipping your products to me within the EU is not an issue.
What are the usage rights for the photos?
Each package includes different usage rights and additional usage rights beyond the package can be always added upon agreement.
Each use case requires different file preparation and is meant for different exposure sizes.
Social Media:
You are able to use the photos for all your social media channels.
Web:
You are able to use the photos on your website, business profile (Google maps for example) etc.
Paid ads (online):
You may use the photos for online paid campaigns.
Print (company printed materials):
You may use the photos for your print needs, such as brochures, leaflets, fairs etc.
National/international press and media campaigns:
For big campaigns in newspapers, magazines, billboards etc.
All: Instead of paying for every usage right separately, you purchase a bundle including all the usage rights at once. That's the most cost-efficient option for those looking for various usage rights.
What if I need broader usage rights than my package includes?
Additional usage rights can be added to any package. As a general guide, expect roughly 15-50% on top of your package price, depending on the type and scope of use — website and print are on the lower end, paid advertising and broader campaigns on the higher end. For international or exclusive rights, I'll provide a custom quote. Just let me know what you need when we're setting up your project.
How long do the usage rights last?
Usage rights are granted for 1 year from delivery, with the option to renew annually at a reduced rate. This keeps your license current while ensuring the terms stay fair for both of us over time.
Who owns the copyright to the images?
I retain the copyright to all images, as is standard practice in professional photography. Your package includes a usage license covering the rights specified (social media, web, print, etc.) — so you're free to use the content as agreed, while I retain the right to use the work in my own portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
How long until I receive the final content?
In the Launch Package:
5-7 days after receiving your products
In the Content Membership package:
4-6 days after receiving your products
In the Always-On package:
3-5 days after receiving your products
In the Brand Partner Package:
2-4 days after receiving your products
I need something slightly different. Can packages be customized?
Yes. If you need more products, more final assets, or a different mix than what's listed, let me know when you reach out — packages can be adjusted to fit your brand's specific needs, especially for Content Membership and Brand Partner.
Do you sign an NDA for unreleased products?
Yes, absolutely. If you're photographing a product ahead of its official launch, I'm happy to sign an NDA to keep everything confidential until you're ready to reveal it.
